For the past few years I have been using my artistic expression to voice my opinions and political beliefs.

It impact my life by being a coping mechanism, and a way to express what I feel without words.

This Artwork is a self portrait of myself, In it I have drawn 3 versions of myself in my room that I know of more as my safe place to do whatever I want.

My work has been significantly influenced by the works of Jorge Luis Borges.

First, I started with drawing the bird, the flower, and the sun with pencil. Then, I taped the edges to create a border.

The Takeover is a piece created from the view of an outsider looking through modern society.

I created this painting to further work on my painting technique and play with color. I also found this image very beautiful and wanted to express that in the best way I know how to.

My creative process is either referencing real images and creating my own idea based off of those things or I start making random shapes and adding details until I get a design I am happy with.

My inspiration for this piece comes from the feeling of one's mind and body being detached from one another.

It was an experimental piece that was one of my first times using the glazes and my first bowl.

I created this art piece as part of a school assignment on the novel Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

I drew this while I was sitting inside the 54 bus, on the way back to school from working at a garden on Castlemont Farms.

The best method for me to express myself is via painting, which also serves as my safe haven and journal.

Royalty it brings so much to someone’s lives, I expressed my parents passed by using the expression of Royalty, while one had to struggle the other had it all, though they worked together as one and started to build their own way of “royalty” towards their children.

I find a lot of peace with the winter season and any scenes affiliated with it.
