Creative Youth Awards Gallery
The Creative Gallery contains submissions from the Creative Youth Awards (CYA), the Bay Area Creative Foundation’s annual awards recognition program. High school artists throughout the 9 Bay Area counties submit their artwork for an opportunity to receive cash awards, prizes, and feedback from expert review panelists.
Since the inaugural 2021 Creative Youth Awards, we have received over 4,900 creative submissions and have distributed $288,000 in cash awards.

About
The Creative Youth Awards (CYA) were founded by the Bay Area Creative Foundation to foster artistic expression and creativity in high school students. Top CYA Awardees receive expert feedback, recognition and award opportunities for their creative projects.
Our submission categories honor a variety of artistic media and disciplines within the arts. Artworks are reviewed by a panel of creative industry leaders, educators and professional artists who share our dedication to promoting creative exploration and celebrating artistic pursuits. The CYA culminates each spring in the Creative Youth Celebration, a ceremony recognizing the achievements of our artists.
Creative Youth Celebration
The Creative Youth Celebration is the culmination of the Creative Youth Awards. This annual celebratory event recognizes the achievements of our participating artists, the review panel, and the BACF community.
