I wrote this piece about a painting of a girl looking up at a sky full of stars and planets. A part of my inspiration for this piece was because when I wrote this I had just lost my grandmother and looking up at the stars had a new meaning to me. I wrote this poem with the intention of giving it an intricate format and using color, and I feel like it is one of the most creative and visually appealing pieces I have written.

To me, creativity is being able to create something from your imagination that means something and reaches outside of cliches and norms. It's playing with ideas to create, make, and solve your best original pieces.
