• Artist Statement

  My work is inspired by self-image, dissociation, and primarily mental health issues. I felt that these poems went together because they were both about mental health and they both got deep into the topic. I really wanted to get into my emotions while writing these pieces and decided to keep them both more on the short side. I also wanted them to feel relatable and let other people who can relate and feel heard and not alone.
