Inspired by the pages of my childhood, this artwork hopes to express the selfless love of my mother that I have come to recognize more and more with each passing day. It was precisely the rainy, gloomy days in which my mother and I would stroll in our neighborhood, sharing one umbrella and making countless beautiful memories. With colored pencils and watercolor paint, I dedicate this piece to my mother’s warm support and small gestures of love that deserve not only my appreciation but sincere gratitude. Thank you for being my light in both rain and shine.
