• Artist Statement

  In my writing, I like to capture an emotion, drag it to it’s full extent, and dramatize it. I wrote this poem after focusing on the emotion behind being bullied. I played around with wording and format, and created an original piece that can be interpreted differently by each and every reader. I was able to create a piece that I am extremely proud of. I hope the readers feel they can connect with this poem, in one way or another.
