I created this poem to help those who are struggling with the loss of a family member. This poem is supposed to encourage those to process their feelings and grieve as the mother did in the poem. This poem is not about the idea of death, but instead the journey that it takes you through.

To me, creativity is about originality, imagination, self-expression, and the determination to bring ideas to life. Creativity isn’t limited to just artists, it’s a quality everyone possesses. I believe that each person has their own unique creative potential, and sometimes, all it takes is the right environment to unlock it.
