Poetry Collection, Strings from the Brain

I have always loved writing, but poetry sounded terrible to me before I tried it. Writing poetry for the first time is like reading a really old book that you’re expecting to be bad. Expectations are foundless. Experience is everything. In a crazy plot twist, I actually really like poetry (wow!). Poems happen quickly, I don’t quite remember or understand how I write them, but when they’re done I know that I enjoyed the process.

Creativity is just there. It blooms in your chest and it never goes away. It’s paintings and ceramics and poems and short stories and clothing and everything in between and otherwise. I will write and I will create and I cannot be stopped.
