I’ve always been deeply moved by the song ’No One Else’ because of its emotional depth and the way its lyrics and rhythm intertwine. In covering this song, I immersed myself in Natasha’s perspective, imagining her longing for the love she lost to war. This emotional connection allowed me to authentically convey the song’s storytelling. As I worked on the piece, I also focused on honing vocal techniques like breath control and utilizing my mix voice to navigate the higher registers, ensuring that both the emotional intensity and technical precision were balanced.
