Like Stephen King stated in his novel,“On Writing”, I also believe the art of writing, through any format, is a form of telepathy. A connection, a bond made between the reader and the writer. I write to send images to those who read my work, to communicate my message, to put my emotions on the paper. These photos I create with my pen consist of my words, all placed just right. That connection is what I love while writing; just thinking that someone is going to see inside my mind. I chose these poems because I felt they sent the most powerful message to the audience.
