• Artist Statement

  This piece is a tea pot in the shape of an American football and and has a stand that replicates a kickers tee that they use to kick the ball. The process of the piece was started by obtaining the mold of a football and then using that mold to create the football and then from there I added the laces, and the spout for the liquid, After, it was glazed and fire. a base was then made to replicate the stand used for kicking a football so the tea pot replicates a football on the kickoff tee.
