My artwork title Women's Freedom is a painting representing the suffering of women, specially the sexual discrimination they face. I created this portrait of a woman with acrylic paint and I applied found shattered mirrors around the woman's face to be a reflection of the wrongs in society and painted a red hand print on her chest to symbolize the hardships women go through. I glued a single butterfly and flowers on the crown of the woman's head to symbolize hope and liberation. I wrote the phrase "women should be free" because I think women deserves freedom and basic human rights.
