Timid Hand

This Artwork is called Timid Hand. It's named this because the hand position isn't a strong or solid form. It's kind of curled up which represents shyness and holding back. For example, if I knew an answer to a question I would raise my hand but then felt it slowly dropping down. I hold back a lot when I was a kid but going through these last years of high school I wanted to start being more confident. In the background of the artwork, there's two different colors, beige and green. The color beige represents comfort and green represents new growth. I choose these colors because I wanted to change. I wanted be more confident and I was able to do that because of the comfort of my friends. At the middle, these colors clash together showing there's a new beginning.

Expressing my creativity impacts my life because it tells a story that I sometimes can't explain in words.
