• Artist Statement

  Title: The Giver

  The idea of creating a surrealism art work was inspiring by the quote “ Nothing vast enters the life of mortals without a curse.” This work expresses the relationship between the development of the social media and the human being, who is increasingly influenced by the Internet, the extreme antagonism, and the the spreading of fake news. I also been thinking about the whether the historical timeline is going upward of downward of the human history, whether our world is getting better or worse, so I composite this thinking into my art, and it help me to express my thinking.

• Creative Statement

  I think exploring and expressing cure me, it does release some depress felling away, and it calmed me down, because while I'm creating a art piece, I wont think too much and just focus on it.
