Persevering In The Light

In fact, it was just while I was taking a run at Lake Merritt. I went with my brother and his friend, but got tired half way and told them to go ahead. The sun was about to set and I got too tired to run and started to walk. As I was tired, I saw this vibrant plant in the midst of dead grass, the color and the perseverance of the plant made me motivated to not push myself and just enjoy my life. That was when I took the photo using my phone.
