• Artist Statement

  I choose a picture of a road out in Point Reyes first because I like the lines and how your eye follows the road's curves. After shooting this, I put it into lightroom and lightly and naturally edited it to polish it up. I love shooting dramatic nature scenes, especially in the rain. This one I particularly liked the best because of the nothingness of it. Past that last hill, you have to assume that it keeps going on and on until you hit the coast. To see the coast, you must keep driving and moving on.

  It allows me to create and take my emotions and be able to put them in to something positive.
