This painting is inspired by the new year as people feel a sense of new hope and new beginnings. Each sunflower is important because it looks like the sun with bright features. In addition, I feel that sunflowers bring a sense of happiness and new hope just like a rainbow. In light of the environment, the girl raises her hands ready to take on new challenges with a happy, hopeful heart (and of course, with her adorable friend, Fluffy the Bunny).

My creativity impacts my life greatly and positively because it opens me to unknown new possibilities. I feel like it shaped me as a person to be unique and to embrace who I am either in the way I dress, my personality, or through my culture.
