I made this cool dinosaur hat as part of my class upcycling project. Repurposing cardboard in this way helped me explore my creativity in a new and environmentally conscious way. I’ve never made anything like this before but I really enjoyed the process and was proud of how it turned out. My favorite part assembling the cut out pieces and finally painting it. I chose the color green because it felt right.

Expressing my creativity impacts my life by giving me confidence that I can do or draw anything I put my mind to. Being creative also helps me escape from the world and create a new reality.
