I started by drawing my design on paper and tracing that onto the scratchboard. Originally, I used a needle for the mark-making but on my final attempt, I used an X-Acto Knife instead to get finer details. Another change I made from my original scratchboard was that I ended up changing the skull and cervical spine to look more anatomically correct.

Exploring and expressing my creativity impacts my life because it motivates me to continue creating art and helps me view things in a new perspective. My creativity has continued to motivate me to pursue art since I was younger and allows me to take different approaches when solving problems.
