A film about chickens, made in two weeks at an art summer camp. Chickens are really underrated animals, and often reduced to just food. As someone who had pet chickens before, I wanted to show that they have lives, personalities, and can be affectionate too! I used traditional color pencil backgrounds with digital animation, paper cut-outs and various different puppets. Programs used include adobe animate, adobe after effects, WeVideo, and dragonframe. The coloring and style showcases the bright, sunny feelings and nostalgia of my childhood.

Exploring and expressing my creativity made it a lot easier to share things I enjoy with the world! I am able to spread my interests through the art I make and find others who enjoy the same things through it. It has brought me many friends and motivation to improve!
