The video is a recording of my celebratory performance to recognize superior musicianship at the Southern Alameda county branch of the Music Teacher's Association of California on April 23, 2022. The piece I am performing on the tenor saxophone is Adagio from Adagio and Presto Sonata No. 6 composed by Michael Blavet.

Music has been an important aspect of my life as far as I can remember. Through music I was able to meet and make relationships with people I never would have otherwise, and create memories that would last a lifetime. Performing allows me to express myself and influence others.
