• Artist Statement

  Piece: 3rd movement of Summer, also known as "L'estate" from The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi (Public Domain).

  Throughout my journey of learning and playing the violin, I have always particularly enjoyed Vivaldi's music. The Four Seasons is one of my favorite concertos, and I wanted to play a short excerpt demonstrating my appreciation for his music. My playing style and the dynamics of this piece were primarily inspired by other baroque-era works, as well as many modern takes of the piece.
