Streaming Memories
This was an assignment for class, where we had to combine photos we personally took to create a personal image.
My Mama’s Smile
"My Mama’s Smile" illuminates my mama’s persona, with high contrast and a smile of wisdom. The blank background alludes to the everyday feeling of delight. Catharsis extends beyond the performing arts—sometimes the most precious moments are best captured in a bold illustration, an imprint in memory.
Fruit Parade
This scene was a spectacle from my dream one night. Although it was extremely short, it stuck with me when I woke up and I had to record it down.
Stormy Eye
My artwork is a mixed media piece. I used white construction paper and began by making a collage, used printed maps, brown paper and magazine scraps.
Masked Manager
This is a painting of the "Masked Manager" from the now trending show on Netflix. It took me 6 hours with painting steps. I painted and waited for it to dry and continued the process for every step of the painting.
16th-Century Inspired Self-Portrait
16th-century inspired watercolor self-portrait. I used transparent watercolors and colored pencils.
3 Golden Twins
Making artwork: painting and/or drawing involves lots of determination and also confidence in what I'm doing. With confidence bring energy because it takes out my work ethic and passion so I can work better.
Ford Cobra Teapot
My original idea was to create a teapot, however, I wanted to add a creative spin to the simple designs I initially had. So, I decided to combine a simple teapot design with a more complex sports car. I chose to draw inspiration from a vintage sports car, the Ford Cobra.
Social Studies

The Color Within Us
This art piece represents the many emotions embody. Each color nod to an emotion and the blending of the colors is the mix of those emotions.
Flower Diptych
I was inspired by some flowers I took near my school. In addition, I was finding the best way to illustrate my art piece.
Breaking Free
This piece represents the different stages of growth as a person. Upon first sight, you see a box that resembles human-like features with feet, a hand which is the handle, and a hanging brain on the inside.
Fractured Affirmations
To me this piece represents how much we can damage ourselves to create something that is seemingly beautiful. flowers that are put in a vase eventually die, they are not constant, and in the process of potting those flowers the person the body was attached to gave everything for temporary flowers.
Neal killing himself to follow instructions
This is a montage of my classmate Neal in different sizes and poses which I took over a few days. I have used photoshop to compose this picture.
Mother Tongue
I took the Tagalog word used by parents to refer to their child, "Anak," and carved it into the physical surface of the painting using a sharp tool. I also applied several layers of acrylic paint on the background so that upon being carved into, a red color would be revealed.
