• Artist Statement

  This photograph was taken when I was pulling weeds in our backyard and realized they looked better than most saw them to be. The picture is also a basic depiction of how the things most overlooked are often most beautiful too if looked closely enough.

• Creative Statement

  To me, creativity is the ability to think outside of boundaries and instead into areas commonly overlooked. It is exploring the wide array of things in the world and helping show them in light not usually seen. It is changing things ever so slightly to capture something completely phenomenal.
