Sand Dune Cycle

I was out in the middle of the desert at the coral pink sand dunes this past summer riding dune buggies and after getting out for a lunch break, I spotted a group of bikers making huge jumps over the peaks of the dunes. I knew I had a great photo opportunity in my hands so I took out my 24-70 2.8 and took this photo of one of the guys making a jump over one of the dunes. In the edit, I wanted emphasize the sand kicked up by the bike as it left the sand.

It's an expression of what you are passionate in doing and what you love. Taking photos allows me to understand the world while also understanding myself and what I am passionate about. It allows me to capture the world in a single moment.
