You Know What Love Is - Voi Che Sapete

Anonymous

  • As a soprano, “Voi che sapete” by Mozart is one of my favorite pieces. Its premiere was the first time a woman performed a male character in Western opera. It’s more than relevant today, and I’d give anything to ask Mozart: how did you find the bravery to push that boundary?

  • I’ve been a girl that loves to sing for as long as I can remember. Creativity to me is not about talented or gifted, but more about singing out potentials, curiosities, and the celebration of joy of discovery. It’s a muscle that strengthens with use and practice.
