Digital Art

  • Inspired by recent local high school student suicides, I created this piece to highlight the silent struggles teens often face. The student at the desk is surrounded by signs of stress—a torn calendar, bad grades, and ripped photos symbolizing isolation. A gun on the left represents a dangerous choice, but on the right, a phone dialed to 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, offers hope. The poster in the background, ”You are not alone! Call 988,” serves as a reminder that help is always available. My intention is to show the moment when someone chooses to reach out rather than give in to despair. I hope this piece encourages others to seek support and reminds them that, no matter how dark it feels, they are never truly alone.

  • Creativity, to me, is a way to communicate ideas, connect with others, and express what words sometimes can’t. It allows me to bring light to difficult subjects, like in my recent work for suicide prevention. Through creative art, I can share stories, inspire hope, and make a difference.
