Where this Flower Blooms

While taking photos during photography, I was wandering around campus and noticed a tree different from all the rest, standing out alone. It stood by the main gate, across from our busy office, bustling with people. The tree contrasted the busy, corporate environment, seemingly standing alone, swaying freely in the wind over the entrance. I sped up my pace, hoping to near it in time to take some good photos. I expanded the length of the telescopic lens, and in a hurry constricted the aperture to get a good focus on the flowers. I kneeled down and perfected the settings, then snapped the photo.

It’s a form of expression for me, where I can capture any moment in a frame. I can distort the meaning as well, making abstract photographs using different methods of capture to the point where the meaning is completely up to the viewer’s interpretation.
