• Artist Statement

  As a drummer, I have always loved performing on stage. When the lights shine on the stage while the theatre grows dim, there is a certain thrill of anticipation that I experience. Through my painting, I wanted to capture this excitement through color and movement by showcasing various hues that are illuminated underwater by the sun.

• Creative Statement

  To me, creativity means the ability to transform yours and others’ experiences in the world and be able to expressly or abstractly convey real life feelings, memories, and ideas to others in a way that they can relate or empathize with.
