• Artist Statement

  This specific shot was the product of me and my dad getting into an argument. In the aftermath I processed my troubles through the lens. This experience helped teach me what this medium is to me. It acts as a meditation, forcing you to observe the physical space you’re in in order to capture your environment to your preference. Through this observation, you become part of the physical space as much as everything else is, something very grounding and meaningful to me.
