  This photo captures a moment of quiet amidst chaos—a monk praying before a burning temple, its bold red walls standing defiantly against the smoke. The contrast between stillness and destruction speaks to the fragile balance between permanence and change. It’s a meditation on faith, resilience, and the beauty found in moments of uncertainty. Through this image, I wanted to convey how, even in the face of loss, there’s a calm strength in holding on to what matters most.
