While making this photograph in my digital photography class, I wanted to highlight the natural beauty of the flowers and bring attention to every detail. I picked some flowers that had a unique shape and positioned it to make the subject look more interesting by having some of the flowers lean in different directions when flashed by the light. Additionally, I sprayed water on it to make it look like it just came out of a rainy day. I then positioned my camera close the to flower, and with the addition of the backdrop and the flash was really able to capture and bring attention to all the details of the flower that make it beautiful.

I believe creativity opens new doors for creation and problem solving, each unique in its own way. These opportunities for out of the box methods constantly present themselves in everyday life and taking advantage of these opportunities can one truly innovate and expand on something new.
