This film is a hand drawn 2d animated film about a thriving secret alien rave club, and how a CIA infiltration unfolds. I made the music in BandLab, and the entire animation myself on Procreate Dreams. This was especially a difficult project for me, because I pushed myself to experiment with multiple layers, patterns, perspectives, and different kinds of character movement. I especially got better at making visual effects and looping animation cycles. I worked day and night on the project for 3 weeks straight, and I learned how to speed up my artistic process while getting across a stronger visual style. I wanted to make a film with a positive ending, as the rest of my films were based on themes of harship and struggle, and I feel like the world could use some positive energy, especially with the current political climate. Creativity is a gift I think everyone has and it’s beautiful that we as humans have the ability to create and share with each other. For me, I channel my creativity through art, but especially film, illustration and music. It enriches my life and that of others.
