  • In the grasslands of the Maasai Mara, I captured this fleeting moment of untamed truth. This photo represents more than just the circle of life; it’s a testament to the intricate balance between predator and prey. Though this moment is not uncommon in nature, seeing this moment raw in front of me created an influx of emotions. This picture creates compassion from the audience for both the prey and the predator, carrying life’s end to sustain its own continuance. It is in these moments that nature reveals its deepest truths, asking us to look closer, feel deeper, and cherish the life that surrounds us. At the end of my month volunteering in Kenya I consistently reflected on this moment and others adjacent to it, recognising that the wild doesn’t just teach us about survival—it teaches us about the shared resilience and interconnectedness of all living things.

  • Creativity is any output of expression. I think creativity is subjective and individual as we all have different and unique creative outlets. For me, I’ve found that photography has become a powerful way to express myself. Photography allows me to share how I see the world.
