  • ”Fanfare” is an uplifting piece that represents my high school experience, beginning with a celebration of joy and connections I’ve formed—happiness I didn’t find in middle school. The second half transitions into a frantic dance, reflecting the complexities of being a teenager. With happiness as its main theme, this piece aligns with my goal as a composer to spread joy, hoping to bring the same connections and happiness to people and communities that I’ve had since freshman year.

  • Creativity is deeply personal for me. Creativity means exploring my emotions and transforming them into stories and ideas through sound. I love using music to create something that represents my experiences. For me, creativity is about transforming experiences and feelings into something meaningful that others can experience.
