I first decide on a theme and story, I like to draw the best picture of the story in my mind. The theme I was thinking of was about release, and the story was that the old knight under a terrible curse, and the young knight set him free. When I was sure "That's the picture!" I started to make a lot of drafts in my sketchbook, and the final phase of the draft was what I thought would be the most appropriate composition. Then I drew the draft onto the formal paper and designed the light and shadow. The light I designed appeared from above. I was hoping the light from the armor would make him look shiny. When adding color, I draw the main character first, then the background, and finally add details.

For me, creation is a way to express my inner thoughts, emotions and feelings. I want to make these ideas tangible for more people to see and resonate with.
