• Artist Statement

  This piece is about how beaches are becoming private property and limiting individuals to enjoy the beach. It is to show what private space can be and how much control you can have over a space, no matter how big or small. It was a very fun to piece to create painting on the plastic sheet. It allowed me to experiment with different textures and painting styles.

  Creativity means to express yourself and your ideas. There are infinite ideas and no right way to do something.
