  Title: "Who is responsible"

  Medium: Acrylic paint, newspaper, paint pens, canvas

  This piece represents what I feel about the school system. The colorful side represents kids going into the school system. Going in students have these dreams and ambitions about what they want to do with their lives and careers. But when they're in the school system, they are told what's wrong and right, what they can and can not do. The green side is the school system manipulating them and their thinking. They want you to be what they consider "successful." The newspaper is about going with the system and becoming binary.

  It helps me gain a new perspective on the world and allows me to constantly challenge and push myself.
