• Artist Statement

  Experiencing annual wildfires is something you would not think much about unless you are in an affected area. Due to global warming and climate change, fires have gotten more haphazard than ever before. We as a society need to change before it is too late, for we have nowhere else to go.

• Creative Statement

  Photography highlights how I see the world. Through mixed media images, I communicate stronger messages about issues that affect me personally like the California wildfires. I plan to continue to broaden my exposure to the world and gain a deeper understanding of different cultures by creating more.
