• Artist Statement

  When making art I like to think of the phrase beauty in simplicity. Sometimes overthinking your work can make the meaning of the work cloudy. When looking for something to photograph I like to stop and take pictures of something that seems insignificant and something that you would see everyday. I think that these things can be overlooked and simplistic beauty within them.

• Creative Statement

  Photography has allowed me to explore the Bay area and shown me the wonders of the bay. Through exploring the bay I have been able to connect with communities that I other wise would not have. I think that I have become more integrated with the bay as a result of my passion for photography.
