• Artist Statement

  The picture was taken at sunrise which I had to wake up early for if I wanted to be ready for school on time as well. When I woke up I was determined to get a good photo because it was the last day I was borrowing the camera from my school. I was walking around my neighborhood when I noticed at a certain angle the tree looked like a silhouette and I really wanted to try and capture I what I was seeing. As you can see I managed to capture it to the best of my abilities.

• Creative Statement

  Exploring and expressing my creativity helps me look at things in different ways and changes my perspective a lot. Ever since I started photography I am always looking for new ways to capture the world we live in no matter where I am or what I am dong.
