• Artist Statement

  Using surrealism I allowed myself to explore my darkest inner thoughts and I used a photoshop canvas as a gateway to express aspects of my life that are troubling and in a sense I think many people can make a connection since each of us have those dark thoughts that we keep inside and need a sort of outlet for them.

• Creative Statement

  Exploring my creativity allowed me to explain parts of my personality without the use of words. Using surrealism, I was able to really illustrate my darkest thoughts and express them into a piece which explains why it might make one uncomfortable to look at it.
