I was inspired to paint this piece after my recent trip to Europe with my family. The architecture I experienced there, deeply inspired me to continue my travels and my art. I've often been curious about a career in architecture and being able to draw these fascinating buildings was something I really enjoyed but also allowed me to learn about what the builders of that time created. I would like to continue to draw architecture from other counties and cultures being able to capture what it was like in the past.

Creating art is a way for me to not only express myself in the pieces I create but also relax and be able to take time for myself. Art is my way to destress and detach myself from society for a while.
