• Artist Statement

  My artwork is very moody. There are fall colors like red and orange. But there is also a sense of cool with the addition of the snow and bare trees. The image is very emotional and sad. I wanted to take pictures of nature that conveyed a negative emotion. This image is cluttered with seemingly empty things. The trees are bare with no leaves and there is some snow on the ground which represents a cold emotion. There are not many bright colors and most of the colors are dull.

• Creative Statement

  I think that expressing my creativity conveys emotions and thoughts and helps open a window inside my brain. I like exploring different art styles and seeing different ways to express myself. I love art because every type of art is beautiful in their own way.
