I have titled my art: A Wonder From Palitana. My artwork, made with graphite pencils, is an architectural piece of one of the 823 Jain temples atop Gujarat's Mt. Palitana. I've visited Palitana several times, and I am always surprised by the detailed and magnificent architecture. One of the main reasons I chose to illustrate this magnificent place is because I have fond memories of it. Furthermore, I decided to sketch this temple because I wanted to create a structure that symbolizes my religion, culture, and traditions.

Exploring and expressing my creativity allows me to express myself and communicate my thoughts/emotions without the use of words. I'm able to capture the beauty of the world and enjoy the little things. This increases my happiness. I'm able to see the world from different perspectives as well.
