A short story from one students point of view over multiple years. The story deals with aspects of mental health especially in regards to people of color in America and there treatment.

Creativity to me allows me to feel heard in a way that nothing else really does. It took me a long time to think of myself as a creative person rather than a person that just had a lot to say. It felt arrogant but now I realize Im just making the kind of writing I like to read.
