The two poems that I wrote for the CYA are interpretations of personal experiences in my life both surrounding my mother. Although they aren't a representation of what literally happened with every detail, I'm proud that I was able to write down how I was feeling and turn it into something beautiful. When I sat down and wrote both of these poems, I tried to transform my emotions into words through melancholic ideas and phrases that I hope more than I can relate to.

Creativity to me, is something that everybody has. Whether it's through writing, art, digital arts, etc. It represents our purest form in representative ourselves and whats meaningful to us.
