My artistic process is quite simple. I come up with an idea for a film quite randomly. I then formulate that idea into something more concrete with basic storylines. I then pitch this idea to a group of fellow filmmakers to hear feedback. Taking that into account, I further develop my idea into a full story. I then create a storyboard as I begin to think about shots. Once my storyboard is complete, I will again pitch it to an audience of fellow filmmakers. I take feedback into account then I move into the shooting process. I will run a trial shoot with classmates to make sure I can get the kinds of shots I need. Then I shoot the film making sure to refer to the storyboard to keep it consistent. I will then move into editing and start taking feedback as soon as I have a watchable version. I will take many rounds of feedback before deciding to leave a film still. No film is ever done but if you keep changing it forever it never will stop.

Creativity means to me the ability to execute on a whim. We all have random thoughts at times that could be considered "creative". But to me, it's not yet. Creativity only happens with the ability to take those seemingly random thoughts and turn them into something interesting for others to enjoy.
