What Yellow tends to be.

I wrote this based on what I feel but can’t express to others in a straightforward manner, a sort of way to cope and constrain myself from my own mind. I purposefully wanted to keep my writing a bit more vague, mostly to reflect on my overwhelmed emotions at the time of writing. This is why I used the primary colors in replacement of “names” for my “characters”; they are common enough for you to understand but colorful and vibrant for you to imagine or see in your everyday life. I focused a lot on just pouring my unfiltered thoughts and just re-writing and writing until I ended up with a product I was satisfied with, this was then sent to a few trusted friends to proof read without any context to help me revise. I stand by seeing myself in “Yellow” and that’s what I’ll always tend to be.

Creativity is to work based on your experiences and morphing them into something new. It’s also the ability to grow from what you’ve done in the past, like a plant in a window sill. It’s essentially the phrase: ”Live, Laugh, Love”
