These are a mixture of little poems scattered throughout ‘saying goodbye to a loved one’. To feel every aspect of their forced leaving is full of emotion, confusion, and resentment. I wrote this piece to capture it all and share with the reader the vulnerability of letting one go, as they move forward in their life.
